Nature and tranquility are the two key words to describe the location of the detached villa that I am going to tell you about.
We are in Tiglieto, a municipality that is part of the Beigua Park area, a geopark protected by UNESCO.
On the main street of Tiglieto, Via Valcalda, a slightly downhill road leads us to the two-storey villa with large garden and garage, which we offer for sale.
Protected by the gate we enter the beautiful garden of about 1600 square meters, cultivated with love by the owners.
We enter the ground floor of the house from the dining area with living room, or directly from the kitchenette, through the French windows that give brightness to the room, to continue towards the bedrooms, one double, and the bathroom with shower. 
The upper floor is accessed by the external staircase, although there is an internal staircase now not used, it is attic but livable. 
Entering we find ourselves directly in the living room, with an open kitchenette on the right. 
Here too there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Under the house there is the garage.
A harmonious and habitable ensemble immediately, but structural works, such as the roof and windows, are planned, which will begin in March.

An attraction of Tiglieto is the Abbey.
Founded in 1120, it was the first Cistercian abbey built outside French territory. The Romanesque complex consists of the church, the convent and the refectory on three sides of the cloister, bordered on the fourth side by the spaces intended for agricultural use.
In the Middle Ages, the "friars of Cîteaux" also played an important role in cultural and economic development, traces of which are still visible in the soils of the plain. The Abbey has recently been restored.
