Renovated traditional Gallura farmhouse of 144 square meters with an estate of 15 hectares. A sort of small naturalistic museum of Gallura 5 minutes from the town, which since the Neolithic, in the territory of Telti has seen over the centuries a growth from a Roman station to a small village of the fourteenth century. It was in the eighteenth century, however, that the foundations were laid for the foundation of a real town.
The house (Lu Stazzu Gadduresu) of the estate perfectly divisible into two separate and independent housing units is internally composed of a living room, kitchen rooms with fireplace and kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a closet, a woodshed and a tool room. The wooden roof with exposed beams, the terracotta d'Este flooring, external doors and windows in iroko wood complete with external protective grates and mosquito nets. Outside, the perimeter includes a large square with paved paving, two loggias, an outdoor shower and a splendid granite table and a garden full of aromatic and fragrant herbs.
The housing structure, equipped with a water reserve fed by a perennial well and LPG tank for heating, although it has been internally expanded and improved, therefore more functional for reception throughout the year, preserves the main characteristics for which the Stazzi were born, around the early '700, by Corsican shepherds who fled from the nearby land for political reasons or because of family feuds,  they settled in Gallura, building their home with local stone, granite.
The bathroom coverings are also excellent, in glazed cerasarda with delicate pastel shades, interpreting and recalling the movement of the slightly choppy sea, to the touch you can feel the slight bas-relief, with a clear reference to the sea and the Mediterranean scrub of the nearby Costa Smeralda.
The typical Mediterranean vegetation of myrtle, thyme, cistus, broom, rosemary, helichrysum, with the knotty juniper and 350 cork oak plants. The native fauna is generally Sardinian, and it is not difficult to meet the shy turtle, the wild boar, the Sardinian hare and the partridge. Rarer to spot the elusive weasel. 
The view and the surrounding naturalistic context of the estate from the upper part are breathtaking, where a natural granite platform towers, an ideal place for holistic meditation practices. 
The productive possibilities of the property are completed by a water source, a pond, a series of open fields where there were lush vegetable gardens, orchards and vines. 
15 minutes from Olbia Airport, the property is located a few tens of kilometers from all the main seaside resorts of Gallura and Costa Smeralda.
