Superb lakefront villa in the city of Stresa. The land is laid out frontally along Lake Maggiore, partially located on the mountainside, has a driveway entrance from the two-lane city road Sempione Nord, which connects all the settlements and municipalities along the lake. The distance from the villa is 25 meters from the road. The E26 motorway exit is 3 km away and nearby (600 metres) there is the cable car to Monte Mottarone up to the Alpine Nature Reserve.
