Beautiful stone house, set inside an ancient village in a hilly context, with a panoramic view of the Umbrian valley just a few kilometers from the city of Spoleto. Its exposure allows you to enjoy the sun all day as well as admire beautiful sunsets. Perfectly restored, with ancient materials and modern techniques. The result is a harmonious context: plaster alternates with rooms with exposed stone, stone access arches, ceilings with wooden beams, terracotta floors, to which is added a unique environment entirely in stone, antique furnishings and modern components to give maximum comfort. The farmhouse is spread over several levels: The lower ground floor, with access from the terraced garden, opens up with a very large living area and a spacious eat-in kitchen, to which is added a charming dining room with walls and ceiling completely made of stone view. A peculiarity is the presence of glass inserts in the floor with a view of the ancient medieval street below.
