The complex consists of a main body, a former farmhouse, and rural outbuildings such as a barn, granary, pigsties, oven. The main building, residential, of irregular shape is spread over several volumes, with two staircases and separate accesses, on the ground floor there are the cellars, sheds and the brick oven, on the living floor there are six bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen entrance and living room, completes on the second floor an additional room.
The second building, a former granary and used as a shed for agricultural tools, rises on a floor above ground for an area of about 70 m2, the property includes the old pigsty of about 50 m2 and the barn of about 70.
Outdoor
The property has a courtyard of about 1500 m2, plus surrounding agricultural land for about 6,500 m2 with various crops such as arable land, olive grove and woodland for a total surrounding land there about 8000 m2. There is still the old wood-burning oven and the well to be restored.
Condition and finishes
The complex needs a general renovation, both from the point of view of systems and finishes, the annexes also from a structural point of view. The main farmhouse has good structural conditions, however to be verified with a view to a complete restoration.
Potential use
The property, due to its size and conformation, lends itself to various uses, for accommodation given the large spaces available and various volumes dislocated, but also as a second holiday home, also excellent for agricultural activity.

Sovicille is a small town in the province of Siena, immersed in a breathtaking landscape, between Chianti, Val d'Orcia and Val di Merse, combines panoramic views but also an excellent connection with Siena and its services, which can be reached in about 20/30 minutes by car. Places of historical, naturalistic, food and wine interest such as Panzano in Chianti, Montalcino and San Gimignano can be reached in a maximum of 50 minutes by car.
