Titty, the sweet nickname with which the owner of the house calls his wife, and which gives its name to this splendid terraced house located at Coppo di Sirolo...!
Built in 2006, Villa Titty is modern, bright and charming...!

The independent entrance offers privacy and tranquility and allows us to access the house with a romantic entrance dialect...!

Modernity and light are the factors that most strike us when entering the house. 
In fact, we immediately find the double bedroom with spring tones and very bright thanks to the French window that leads us directly outside...!
The bathroom on the floor is also very modern and spacious...!
And also on the floor a very bright living area with open kitchen...!

The modern imprint flanked by the rustic features of the stairs and furnishings make Villa Titty very welcoming and at the same time young...!

In fact, going down the stairs we arrive at the classic tavern ...!
A great environment to spend winter evenings with friends in front of the fireplace, invite relatives for Christmas or simply enjoy a nice evening in the company of those you love...!
