The olive grove consists mainly of the Leccino, Moraiolo and Frantoio varieties and thanks to the optimal exposure and height produces an oil of excellent quality. The forest is made up of typical Tuscan essences and in particular of the different varieties of oaks (downy oak, turkey oak and holm oak).
