Description 
The property consists of two renovated farmhouses for a total of 450 square meters and arranged on two levels, hosting three different holiday apartments, furnished with care in old Tuscan style. On the ground floor the main house houses a large living room with fireplace and kitchenette, two bedrooms with bathroom, another living room with kitchenette and direct view of the garden, a bedroom and a bathroom. The farm has been completely renovated and the materials, such as the stones and bricks that compose it, have been enhanced. The smallest farmhouse has been recently renovated, the ceilings are with typical Tuscan wooden beams, the floors are reminiscent of shaded terracotta and the stairs are in antique travertine in a light color that make the environment brighter. The larger farmhouse needs minor maintenance and improvements, the floors are in terracotta tiles, the ceilings on the ground floor are vaulted in brick.

The property is currently used as a holiday home but lends itself to different uses both as a manor house with an outbuilding, and as a farmhouse and Bed & Breakfast as the farmhouses are immediately habitable.
