Casa Armonia is located between Senigallia and Morro d'Alba, cradled by the rolling hills of the Marche region that stretch out towards the sea like an embrace. The territory is of authentic beauty, perfect for those seeking tranquility and nature. The property is surrounded by three hectares of land. Part of the land is wooded, ideal for firewood.

In the flat garden, which welcomes and invites you to relax, fruit trees, centuries-old olive trees and trees of all kinds are harmoniously arranged. Here, every season offers scents and colors, transforming the space into a small corner of paradise, where nature tells its story.
The house is spread over two floors.

Ground floor: kitchen, living room and a bathroom.

First floor: hallway, three bedrooms and a second bathroom.

The interiors combine tradition and modernity: the floors, partly recovered in ancient Marche terracotta and partly new, give a rustic and comfortable charm.
In 2005, major renovations were carried out. The floor on the ground floor has been redone with a ventilated crawl space system. The foundations were consolidated, the roof renovated and the electrical system updated. Even the wooden doors, typical of the Marche tradition, have been recovered and restored.

The heating system is pellet or wood, thanks to a fireplace that not only heats the rooms, but also provides domestic hot water and feeds the radiators.

Next to the house, we find a completely renovated annex. It is currently used as a billiard room, but can easily be transformed into a studio or any desired creative space. The exterior is completed by a pergola with a wood-burning oven, perfect for outdoor dinners on hot summer days.

A short distance from the house, two further outbuildings serve as a garage and warehouse, offering ample space for all practical needs.
