The apartment is located on the first floor of a multi-family condominium, whose building is configured on six levels. The internal stairs lead to the entrance, which in turn leads to a corridor, which naturally connects the rooms of the building, surrounded by a balcony that runs along the external sides of the building.
We therefore have: a kitchen, which leads to the terrace; two bedrooms, one single and one double, also equipped with large French windows with access to the balcony; a living room, in turn equipped with a small corridor in which there is currently a small study.
