In an area so rich in attractions and naturalistic beauties, in a quiet residential area 300 meters from the beach we offer an interesting attic apartment, already furnished and immediately habitable, on the top floor of a recent six-unit building. 
The apartment excellently finished thanks to the hot /cold air conditioning system can be used indifferently both in the summer and in colder periods.
The accommodation opens onto an entrance overlooked by all the rooms, on the right side a small area used as a laundry room with washing machine and washing machine; frontally instead we enter the spacious and bright living area, fully furnished with kitchen block and table with chairs, overlooking the large terrace overlooking the sea in the background. The terrace is sheltered by a tent that protects both from the sun and from bad weather and allows you to live this space widely at all times.
Returning to the entrance, on the left we enter the modern bathroom with shower and window enlivened by the floors and upholstery in shades of greenery, followed by the double bedroom with balcony overlooking the neighborhood. The second room, also with a double bed, is located on the right side of the entrance.
An additional space at the service of the apartment is the storage room placed in the stairwell next to the armored port, convenient for storing umbrellas, mattresses and what is necessary for the beach.
