The production of cured meats is the main activity of the farm, but agriculture also plays one of the fundamental roles with the cultivation of barley, oats, corn, vegetables, fruit. The structure is totally surrounded by greenery, where you can enjoy the full relaxation and silence of the Maremma hills, and cool off on hot summer afternoons, in the large swimming pool that the structure provides.
