Property -Nestled in a beautiful chestnut grove on the slopes of Monte Amiata is this farm specializing in tourist accommodation and chestnut harvesting, as well as the production of organic olive oil. The farm consists of two residential structures. The first is a residence of great charm, in original 17th-century stone and with salvaged elements of important artistic value, as well as a multi-purpose space suitable for hosting yoga courses, other holistic disciplines and catering; the second is instead a refined farmhouse, the object of a beautiful architectural renovation. In the garden there is an old renovated woodshed that is currently used as a shared kitchen for guests.

It also has two fully equipped annexes for tourist stays. Particularly developed is the Glamping activity, with 4 equipped piles, elegantly furnished tents and private bathroom. The outdoor area provides ample convivial spaces under the pleasant portico and mirrors of spring water: large fountains, water basins and a brand new bio-pool are the fittings of this dwelling located in the uncontaminated nature of the Maremma. The main house is on three levels: on the mezzanine floor we find the entrance, the living area with the sitting room and study, two bedrooms with walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. On the first floor we have a bedroom with a private bathroom, while on the ground floor, with access also from the back garden, there is a spacious kitchen with fireplace and dining area, plus a cellar and a technical room.


The second house, which is on two levels, consists of a beautiful living room with large windows that open onto the rich garden and the large porch that expands the usability of the entire living area. The property also includes a typical masonry kitchen with wood-burning oven and laundry area. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, while the upper floor, connected by an original gallery, houses 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Particular attention is paid to energy saving, with a 6 Kw photovoltaic system serving the underfloor heating system and a solar thermal system for hot water production. Approximately 28 ha of land surrounds the property. In addition to a beautiful forest, there is a chestnut grove with some of the longest-lived chestnut trees in the area and a large olive grove. The garden is designed by a well-known Dutch architect and features numerous varieties of rare and native plants, as well as terracotta works by a famous Sicilian sculptor.
Location - The farm is located in the countryside of Santa Fiora, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, already an Orange Flag, and enjoys a superb panoramic view that sweeps along the Fiora valley to the summit of Mount Amiata.
It is only 25 km from the thermal baths of Saturnia and the villages of Sorano, Sovana and Pitigliano, while the summit of Mount Amiata with its ski facilities can be reached in only twenty minutes by car.
