Ancient farmhouse tuscan style run as B&B up on a hill among the area of the famous delicious white truffle, with olive trees and forest, an ideal place for a romantic holiday or to escape from the chaos daily!

The country house is on 2 floors, and it consists of ground floor with living and fireplace, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a master bedroom and a utility room. 
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and 3 more bathrooms. 
The cottage has two entrances. The first one leads to a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, a bathroom and upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a second bathroom. 

Entering from the other entrance on the first floor there are two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The house can be united and become a single dwelling, now this farmhouse is used as a B&B and therefore divided so that each guest has their own privacy.

Near the garden and the swimming pool we will find a fifth bathroom and a laundry room.

The swimming pool is located in front of the main entrance and enjoys a wonderful view

In addition to visiting the cities of art (Florence, Pisa, Vinci, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca, Pistoia, Siena) which are about half an hour away, we recommend itineraries to discover the secrets of small villages, corners of landscape with unforgettable views that only very few know.

Utilities already connected are electricity and water, thermo-fireplace and Lpg as heating for the whole house.
