Set in a well reachable area between the hamlet of  Molina di Quosa and the spa town of San Giuliano  and half way between  Pisa and Lucca , this elegant country house of around  320 sqm it is the result of the merger and renovation of  three nineteenth-century units, which took place about 10 years ago. The very wise choice was to create a ground floor where the convivial spaces were open, with continuity of usable spaces, and where the large blu framed french doors  allowed the light to reflect on the white beams and the walls and making  making the rooms very bright. The Ground Floor:  here there is an entrance hall with, on the left, a study-library with  spiral staircase leading to the guest bedroom, characterized by a glass floor. Just beyond, you will find  the triple living room with two  original fireplaces, the large modern kitchen with internal courtyard , the laundry and the bathroom, created in what in the nineteenth century was a small votive chapel where mothers who had given birth prayed for the grace of having enough milk.

The First Floor And The Attic: an original internal staircase leads to the first floor, where a large hallway allows you to reach the wardrobe room, the two bathrooms and the 4 spacious bedrooms (including the guest bedroom) all characterized by a wall embellished with Hermes wallpaper: each room has a different pattern . The attic, partly to be finished, can be used as a gym, hobby room, fifth bedroom

The beautiful French windows on the living room lead onto a covered patio, ideal for outdoor dinners and lunches, while the flat manicured garden, of around 1800 mq , boasts a salt water 12×6 meters pool, inviting you to enjoy the refreshment during the hot summers.
