During the renovation the owners have chosen to keep the traditional features of the apartment that denote a real Tuscan residence, such as original terracotta floors, vaulted ceilings.
 The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and welcomes you in a lovely bright entrance with “grit” floors which leads to every room. At the end of the entrance is the living room with a large fireplace, vaulted ceilings and solid wood doors and windows. In front of the living room there is one of the 2 bedrooms, both very large with terracotta floors, of about 23 square meters each. On the same floor is the dining room with kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
 The apartment has 2 balconies both with table and chairs where you can relax during the summer days.
 A staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a studio apartment and another wooden staircase leads to the higher and brightest floor which is used as a study. Both can be 2 bedrooms.

 The small village is very well located for those looking for a second home in Italy as it is 10 km from Lucca and Pisa and 15 km from the sea. A direct bus line connects Pisa International Airport to the town center in 15 minutes.
