Description 
The splendid charming residence was an ancient historic residence of the 800, now completely renovated, keeping the original architecture intact. An enchanting avenue among the Tuscan cypresses leads to the cellar for the production and bottling of wines, created according to the principles of the most advanced winemaking techniques, completely renovating the rooms and systems for the processing, storage and aging of wine. The estate covers an area of 70 hectares in total, of which 18 hectares are used for vineyards, with the production of fine Vernaccia, Rosso Chianti Doc and Rosato, present in the foreign market all over the world and marketed in the historic center of San Gimignano, as well as 6 hectares of olive groves, 27 hectares of arable land and the remaining hectares of woodland. Every year the estate produces 1000 hectolitres of wine and 15 hectolitres of extra virgin olive oil, of very low acidity and very high quality. The prestigious swimming pool has an equipped solarium area as well as a barbecue area, outdoor spaces and paths to immerse yourself in nature. In addition, dinners with wine tasting and typical products are organized.
