Typical Tuscan farmhouse with farm in San Gimignano, in the heart of Chianti Classico. 
Description 
The splendid farmhouse of about 850 square meters of total internal surfaces has a very long history, which began in its most recent phase 400 years ago. It was in fact in the seventeenth century that the farmhouse was built, to support a flourishing agricultural activity, which has remained practically unchanged to the present day. The old farmhouse, finely restored, has been divided into six comfortable apartments, all characterized by a considerable area. The smaller apartment, designed for four people, has an area of about 60 square meters, while the largest extends over 90 square meters, in addition to the terraces and balconies. The apartments have progressive numbers to indicate the size of the apartments. The first is the largest, the sixth is the smallest, but no less comfortable. All the apartments are in fact equipped with two bathrooms with shower, each with a large living room with kitchenette, as well as two large and comfortable bedrooms. The old tool shed has been finely renovated to house the bar and provide guests with a common indoor gathering area. 
Outdoor 
The location is completely panoramic, on the top of a hill from where it is possible to observe the 360° view of the Tuscan hills and the famous towers of San Gimignano, visible both from the poolside and from the windows and terraces. Each apartment has a private and equipped area in the garden with table, chairs and barbecue and the swimming pool offers a panoramic view of San Gimignano. The large parking lot allows parking in the shade of the olive trees. Thanks to the tourist activity, the current owners have been able to reinvigorate the agricultural activity. In addition to seed crops, such as wheat, sunflower, rapeseed, they dedicate themselves to over 800 olive trees to produce an excellent extra virgin olive oil and to 4 hectares of vineyards that produce excellent grapes, including the highly prized Vernaccia di San Gimignano.
