Typical Tuscan villa-farm of the nineteenth century located along the valley of Valdarno. The complex consists of two neighboring buildings with independent entrances but separated from the farmyard, with warehouses bordering the other side of the farmyard, a structure with its own aqueduct. The large cellars and warehouses represented the production part and are currently emptied of any tool or tool, around the large garden and the space to park cars.
Location
The Valdarno valley is one of the most beautiful agricultural areas in Tuscany, less known than Chianti, yet with a very special charm, alternating cultivated land and woods maintains a wilder appearance. Many small villages follow one another along the roads, while in an elevated and dominant position numerous villas that testify to the agricultural vocation of the area of past times, with the Arno river flowing placidly at its feet, a short distance from the village of Reggello, a medium-sized center where you can find all the necessary activities.
Description
The complex consists of the main villa, whose origins date back to the end of the 800s, which is spread over three levels, on the ground floor the living area with the large kitchen typical of the houses of the country lords, in which an old fireplace still dominates, two halls, two passage rooms that could be sitting rooms and a bathroom,  In addition to a small private chapel on the first floor, the sleeping area is divided into two wings, on the left four bedrooms and a bathroom and on the right five bedrooms and a bathroom. The adjacent farm consists of four rooms on the ground floor, the kitchen with bathroom as well as five other rooms on the first floor.
On the lower level of the villa, the cellar consists of two large rooms with a typical very high and vaulted ceiling. On the other side of the farmyard from the villa and the farm, the old warehouses divided into different rooms, currently without the old machinery.

Outdoor
The complex is bordered by a gate and surrounded by about 2000 square meters of land, a part of which is slightly terraced.

State and finishes
The whole complex needs to be renovated, both internally and externally. There are numerous typical details that could be recovered to give the right particularity to the property.

Potential uses
A structure lends itself to numerous uses, it could be a private residence for an extended family or RSA, thanks also to the slightly hilly area in which it is located and the garden or a mid-range accommodation facility.
