Ancient farmhouse located in Recanati (Mc), at the centre of a larger agricultural property that is very easily accessible from the main road.  The place is truly panoramic as already from the garden we have views of the town of Osimo, Recanati, the Conero and the Sanctuary of Loreto.
The main farmhouse has a surface area of 380 square metres distributed over two floors, is made of beautiful old brick and has maintained a good structure because it was inhabited until a few years ago.
There is also another building once used as a tobacco drying room, a shed and another agricultural annex.
Surrounding the property is a courtyard of approximately 8,000sqm where there are large cedar, oak and laurel trees.

It is reached by an asphalt road.
