Casa San Pietro a farmhouse restored in 2006 with a new extension, nestled in the hills, overlooking the Tiber Valley with views of the Apennines and the Shrine of the Madonna of Canoscio.

The house is easily accessible being only a 9 minute drive from the main E45 motorway. It is situated in the hamlet of Marchigliano , 38 minute drive from Perugia airport and the nearby town of Assisi. Citta di Castello and Umbertide with weekly markets are each 20 minutes away. The hill top town of Montone with its annual film festival, restaurants and local gatherings offers a wonderful evening out and is just a 20 minute drive across the valley.

The main structure of the property has origins dating back to 1870s and has been completely renovated in 2006. High quality materials were used to ensure that the details of Umbrian architecture were maintained.
