Description 
In just ten minutes by boat from the tourist port of Porto Venere it lands on the island of Palmaria. A further five minutes' walk will take you to the property.
We are greeted by native vegetation that surrounds the two farmhouses, one to be restored, the other of good finish. The sea view is wonderful.
The main villa is about 100 square meters with direct access from the beach, which can be traveled either on foot or with an electric quad. The view from all the windows is towards the sea and the bay, everything is beauty and harmony.
The house can be further expanded, recovering a room with an extra bathroom using the volumes of the cistern. Permits already authorized.
There are also annexed volumes to enlarge the main house as well as other masonry artefacts.
A third volume, if recovered, would measure about 30 square meters.
The annex is being renovated, entrance overlooking the living room with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom with a second bathroom.
Outside there are two stone artifacts with the possibility of using them to expand the house, respectively of 16 square meters and 5 square meters.
Outdoor 
The private land is about 21000 square meters, a productive olive grove descends to the sea.
The main villa is served by a beautiful porch where you can spend moments in absolute relaxation without perceiving the presence of neighbors.
In front of the entrance from the beach there is a floating pier where the current owners have a berth up to a maximum of 12 m lft.
With the new municipal concession, there will be 3 piers.
Condition and finishes
The annex is in need of renovation, the main villa is in good condition. 
The floors are ceramic as are the bathrooms and the fixtures are up to standard.
