These two natural stone houses are situated in an absolutely peaceful location at the foothills of Pratomagno near Poppi, the pearl of Casentino. 

The larger of the two houses is divided on the upper floor - accessible from the hillside at ground level - into an open loggia, a summer kitchen with oven, a large kitchen with dining area and fireplace, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and an entrance hall, from which a spiral staircase leads to the lower floor with a foyer, two bedrooms and a bathroom. 

The smaller of the two houses has a flat with kitchen, bathroom, large bedroom with terrace and boiler room on the upper floor - also accessible at ground level from the hillside - and two cellar rooms and a covered terrace on the lower floor. 

Located above the houses is a large water cistern with 80,000 litres, which is fed by a spring and supplies both houses. 

An above-ground pool measuring 12 x 4 metres is located at a discreet distance from the houses.

The central heating in both buildings is supplied by a 1,500 litre heating oil tank. 

The property is currently only rented out to guests in the summer, which is why the owners have retained the single-glazed windows.
