The Monte Pisano area,  with its  shape, seems to embrace and protect this ancient valley and its jewels, set between the cities of Pisa and Lucca. The olive groves, whose precious fruit still produces an excellent extra vergin olive oil, the conifer and chestnut woods, which hide perennial springs and impetuous streams, used in the past to move the wheels of numerous mills . And then hamlets, villas, parish churches, convents and charterhouses, while the steep cliffs hide humble hermitages.

The landscape around which this complex of stone farmhouses develops, is fairytale: in the centre of an imaginary line is the  stone villa,  and the two smallest country houses are set on the two opposite sides. The main building  spreads over a surface of 600 square meters on three floors, plus a basement: the potential is enormous, given the presence of a large kitchen with fireplace, living room with fireplace, study and 7 bedrooms  on  the ground and first floor. On the first floor  is also a large living room with high ceilings, while the second floor boasts additional living space with very large rooms. The third stone house,  of about 250 square meters, bounded by a stream and shaded by old trees, still hosts the eighteenth-century oil mill on the ground floor, working until the seventies, while recent studies identify the structure as one of the first in the area, built for the fulling and processing of wool. The ground and first floors host a spacious house, with 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. Around the three farmhouses there is a beautiful garden planted with the typical essences of Monte Pisano, crossed by paths and comfortable stairways, while just beyond there are about 12,000 square meters of olive grove. There is also a completely ruined stone annex. The property is also ideal for B&B or agriturismo activity.
