The property, to be totally restored, is located a few kilometers from the center of Pienza, it can be reached via a dirt road of about one private kilometer in the last stretch. The structure is made of stone with the typical rectangular plan that develops on two floors, on the ground floor there were the stables and on the first the house, there are also the remains of the old pigsty, also to be restored. The total estimated area is about 550 square meters.
