The rustic Podere Rosso consists of a main building that rises to two floors above ground of 164.06 square meters and 178.76 square meters respectively. The building is to be restored. The load-bearing structure is made of mixed masonry, local stone (which can partially be used as a recycled material for renovation) and brick. The roof is pitched and has a mixed structure of wood-tile beams and iron-brick beams.
