Its dominant position in the hill allows you to look both on the Umbrian side, with Lake Trasimeno and the hills, and the Tuscan one up to Monte Amiata.

The rustic Podere Rosso is composed of a main building that rises two floors above ground of 164.06 square meters and 178.76 square meters respectively. The building is to be restored. The supporting structure is made of mixed masonry local stone (which can partially be used as a recycled material for renovation) and brick. The roof is pitched and has a mixed structure in wooden-flat beams and iron-brick beams.
