Piegaro, a mainly hilly area, located in the province of Perugia, stands on the course of the river Nestor, under Mount Montarale. In the historic center of the village you can visit the Glass Museum, located in an ancient glass factory, the Church of San Silvestro, the Church of the Madonna della Crocetta (Xvi century), with a wooden statue of the Ecce Homo, Palazzo Misciatelli-Pallavicini (XVIII century) and the Palazzo dei Conti Bulgarelli di Marsciano. Within a radius of 50 km we can in fact find places of interest such as Assisi, Montepulciano, Orvieto and Perugia. Its dominant position in the hill allows you to look both on the Umbrian side, with Lake Trasimeno and the hills, and the Tuscan one up to Monte Amiata.

The rustic Podere Poggiola is composed of a main building that rises two floors above ground of 221.50 square meters and 188.19 square meters respectively. The building has a supporting structure composed of mixed masonry in local stone (which can partially be used as a recycled material for renovation). The roof is pitched. The state of conservation and structure is just enough and visual examination would require some improvements. The property includes three outbuildings: annex 1 (chicken coop) of 52.71 square meters, annex 2 (hut) of 40.04 square meters, annex 3 (sheep stable) of 38.81 square meters.
