The building, formerly agricultural, still retains all the historical typological features, with staggered levels, wooden floors and lintels, with brick and natural stone masonry. And is divided as follows: On the ground floor an entrance hall with wardrobe space, a sitting room with an open ceiling to the roof, an open space leading to the bedroom, a bathroom to be finished, a dining room and a sitting room with large sliding windows leading to an external terrace, and a large living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Especially in the outbuildings with less historical value, the design context is made interesting by the study of the details with modern interiors and the preservation of original elements, creating a unique atmosphere.
