In the second annexe, we find the fifth and final apartment with an entrance hall, dining room, separate kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All apartments have independent entrances, independent natural gas boilers, air conditioning, window bars and mosquito nets.The farmhouse is located on the outskirts of the small urban hamlet of Ponte Valleceppi, a short distance from all the main amenities, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, primary and secondary schools, petrol stations and everything else you need for everyday life. The historic centre of Perugia can be reached by public transport or in less than 10 minutes by car. The nearby E/45 motorway allows you to reach Assisi in less than 20 minutes, Florence in about 1.5 hours and Rome in less than 2 hours. The Umbria International Airport San Francesco d'Assisi is a 15-minute drive away and offers regular flights to Brussels, London, Malta, Vienna, Krakow, Rotterdam, Barcelona, Bucarest and Tirana.
