Important farmhouse on the edge of the typical village of Peglio. Recently renovated with taste and excellent materials, it is warm and welcoming. On the ground floor, a panoramic terrace leads to a large living room with kitchen side, custom-adapted and fully equipped. A corridor, where we find a service bathroom, leads us to a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and window. The floors are in fine terracotta. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and two bathrooms: here the floors are in oak parquet. From the living room you go down to a spacious corridor from which we can access the garden on one side, and on the other to the beautiful tavern with sandstone fireplace, equipped with a kitchen and a bathroom with shower from the tavern you have access to the cellar, from which you can reach the garden, in which we find a grove with a romantic path. The heating system is methane, the wooden windows with double glazing. The renovation has been done with love and attention to detail, in the rooms the warmth of wood is the predominant feature. Peglio is a characteristic hilltop village, equipped with everything: at its foot Urbania, the Renaissance Casteldurante, known for its ceramics and for having been one of the residences of the Dukes of Urbino. A few kilometers away is also Sant'Angelo in Vado, the ancient Tifernum Mataurense, one of the capitals of the precious truffle. Not to forget, of course, Urbino, a jewel of the Renaissance.
