 We are just a few meters from an ancient medieval village reachable on foot, the property is divided into 4 apartments in addition to a common area equipped with a kitchen, a breakfast room and a bathroom.
 Each apartment has an independent entrance with an outdoor space, the units are all composed of a bedroom with bathroom, kitchen and living room.
 The renovation was made with valuable and original materials preserving, where possible, the originality of the places, terracotta floors, exposed stone walls, and other details that characterize it.
 Not far from the main farmhouse we have a small pretty dépandance.
 The property includes 1,2 hectares of land whit a swimming pool overlooking Lake Trasimeno, two barbecue areas and the olive grove in full production.
