A beautiful country house located in the municipality of Osimo amidst the hills that characterise the landscape of the Marche region with panoramic views of the surrounding hills, but at the same time only 5 km from the city centre, and about 20 km from the main connections to Ancona, the airport and above all only 16 km from the beaches of Numana and the Conero. 
The original farmhouse has been completely restored to a good standard of construction and is spread over two above-ground floors and an attic. A structural portico with wooden pillars, beams and roof tiles adds a large, livable and well-shaded space to the ground floor.
The surface area of the house is 210 sq m plus the attic and the 28 sq m portico and is divided as follows:
On the ground floor there is a large living area consisting of a cosy living room with a modern pallet stove and walls marked by exposed bricks, a dining room, a large kitchen with external portico and direct access to the garden, then two rooms, one of which is used as a pantry/utility room and the other as a laundry room and technical room as it houses the boiler and also the storage tank for hot water.
On the first floor by means of a comfortable wooden staircase one reaches a living room/study with fireplace, and then the sleeping area consisting of three large well-lit double bedrooms, one with balcony, and a large master bathroom.
The floors are terracotta on the ground floor and wood on the upper floor, ceramic with patterned tiles in the bathrooms.
All the windows and French doors have double glazing, mosquito nets and those on the ground floor also have custom-made gratings that can be opened.
The doors of the rooms are also the original country ones that have been skilfully restored.
The large portico on the front of the house guarantees a pleasant shady stay with a view of the garden with its ornamental plants and the mountains in front of it. 
What also characterises the property is the garden that surrounds it with a surface area of 1,900 square metres, which is completely fenced and illuminated.
The property has been completely fitted with external insulation, the heating system is by means of underfloor heating and radiators on the first floor, centralised pallet stove, Lpg boiler and solar panels for the production of hot water. Finally, there is air conditioning, an alarm and video surveillance system and an automatic gate, all systems are regulated by a home automation system.
