In the natural park of Uccellina, in Maremma, a few kilometers from Talamone, panoramic farmhouse to be restored of about 205 square meters on two levels. Within the private land of 13 hectares planted with olive trees, the pigsty and the old barn are located a short distance from the main residence.
Description
Leaving the main road, take a flat road surrounded by a large green meadow, gradually climb gently and reach the entrance gate of the property where you are greeted by a row of cypresses typical of the Tuscan Maremma. You have the feeling of being projected into a fairytale atmosphere where vegetation and scents are the protagonists and surround the farmhouse currently on two levels. 
On the entrance floor we are greeted by two large rooms, one used as a kitchenette and bedroom in addition to the bathroom, going up a comfortable stone staircase, you enter the first floor characterized by the large kitchen with fireplace and balcony, the living room, and two bedrooms in addition to the bathroom serving the floor 
At the back of the house a large veranda was used for agriculture as a storage and accommodation for the animals.
Three annexes detached from the farmhouse but located a short distance away have a total area of about 145 square meters 
Outer space 
The land of 130000 square meters is slightly hilly but adjacent to the farmhouse is flat. Among the centuries-old trees, the olive trees stand out, there are 780 plants, well maintained and producing the precious and renowned Tuscan oil. A part of the land is currently used for the vegetable garden, which is easily managed thanks to the presence of two wells within the estate.

The farmhouse is to be completely restored, it lends itself to marrying multiple projects of internal subdivision, choice of materials and plant engineering.

Location
Talamone is a small town in the Maremma, located south of the Uccellina Mountains. Characterized by an ancient fortress, this small medieval village overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Argentario reflected in the blue waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Like a pearl with an ancient history, today Talamone proudly maintains its appearance as a fortified fishing village. The small port is dominated by the large fortress of the Aldobrandeschi of the late thirteenth century. The property is located on the top of a gentle hill from which you can admire Monte Argentario, the bay of Talamone and the sea.
