Work of Gaius Flaminius, consul between 225 and 220 BC. The Via Flaminia is the most important communication artery of Umbria in its function of creating a rapid connection between Rome and the Adriatic. The road, which entered Umbria, reached Ocriculum (today's Otricoli) and then headed for Narnia. In this street steeped in history we offer a real estate complex consisting of a large farmhouse of about 400 square meters next to which a shed of 750 square meters has been built once used as a stable, with a canopy of 250 square meters and also barn, pigsty, chicken coop and two silos for a total area of about 300 square meters, all surrounded by large land of relevance. Easy to reach along the suggestive Via Flaminia, the complex is located along the main road in a completely flat and excellently exposed area that enjoys sun and light throughout the day. A short distance from the city of Terni and the enchanting village of Narni, served by commercial activities of all kinds and means of transport, this solution lends itself today to various uses thanks to its large buildings and its strategic position.
