The lighting of the interior has been carefully designed to create an intimate yet airy space.
There are four bedrooms in total, two of which are suites with private bathrooms and their own outdoor space. There is also a further tower room which can be used as an additional sleeping accommodation and a studio which can be converted into a further single/double sofa bed bedroom if required.

Next to the infinity pool with its spacious sun terrace area and wonderful views over the surrounding countryside, is situated a pool house. This stone building has also been renovated, it only needs finishing inside, whether as a summer kitchen, gym, spa or studio.

The main house is entered through the main front door into a spacious entrance hall. Some steps lead down to a TV-room and further steps lead into a large and bright living room with French doors, framing the lovely countryside views. An open fireplace enhances the atmosphere of this delightful room. 
The living room leads into a fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar and all modern appliances, including two electric ovens, a five-burner gas cooker, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher and a double sink. Floor to ceiling French windows give access to the alfresco dining area and offer breathtaking views across the valley and of the sunset. The medieval hilltop village of Montone whose bells can be heard in the distance can also be seen from here.
The kitchen gives access to two separate dining-sitting areas: an outdoor terrace and a covered loggia with a barbecue and seating for up to twelve people.
Next to the kitchen is a large pantry/laundry room with direct access to the garden.
