Montone is a car-free town but the apartment is only 300 metres from the main car park. There are stunning views from all of the windows and especially from the apartments balcony where you can have a meal or drinks overlooking the roof-tops of Montone.

Perfect for either full-time occupation or a lock-up and leave holiday home. Log- burning stufa for snug winter evenings. Montone is also the home to many festivals that take place in the town throughout the year, including the Umbrian film festival every summer.
