The farmhouse, founded in 1606 as an estate on the ruins of an ancient castle, underwent a complete renovation in the early 2000s. 
Situated on 38 hectares of land, much of which is covered by its own forest, it still retains the charm and ancient aura of its centuries-old history.
The structure consists of six apartments, five of which are used for holiday rentals.
Each unit features an explosion of colors, prestigious porcelain floors alternating with terracotta and exposed ceilings, evocative of the enchantment of Tuscan cities.
The first apartment, measuring 54 square meters, welcomes us with a brightly colored living room, which includes a dining room and kitchenette. The bedroom, with a private bathroom, is distinguished by its porcelain floor, which harmonizes with a particular trace of the ancient castle on which the farmhouse was restored. 
The second, of about 41 sqm, is the smallest of the apartments and offers a breathtaking view of the Valdarno valleys. It consists of an open space and a bathroom on the ground floor, while the bedroom is on the second floor. 
The third apartment, spacious and cozy, covers two floors with a total of 67 square meters. On the ground floor, the kitchen opens into an inviting sitting room. On the second floor, a quaint bedroom with en-suite bathroom offers a quiet and romantic retreat, enhanced by a fireplace and a relaxation area, creating an atmosphere of comfort and serenity.
