This quite a unique property  palace dating back to 17th century, restored with great care and maximum respect for the past and at the same time supplied with all the modern commodities. Located in the historic centre of Monterchi, the medieval borgo famous for the painting Madonna del Parto made by Piero della Francesca as tribute to his mother, it has a beautiful garden on two levels. The lower level, located close to the kitchen and under shadow of secular oaks is used for outside dining. The upper level has a beautiful Italian garden, swimming pool and fantastic views. 
The palace measures about 800 sq.m. On three levels plus under roof area, partially habitable. The ground floor has two splendid sitting rooms, bedroom with bathroom on one side and an independent two-bedroom, two bathrooms, sitting room with kitchenette apartment on the other. This part has its own entrance from outside but is also connected with the main part. 
An elegant stone staircase leads to the first floor which features a large dining room with antique fireplace, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, another bedroom with separate bathroom, fantastic eat-in-kitchen, and another sitting room. 
These two levels are in perfect and ready to move in conditions.
