The farmhouse is structured in three main bodies as follows: the main house, of nineteenth-century origin, of about 320 square meters is on three levels. On the ground floor, accessing from an ancient door, you enter a large living room with fireplace connected to a second living room. On the floor there is a service bathroom with a brick vault, a wine cellar obtained from a compartment under the stairs and a spacious rustic kitchen. The floor is completed by a bedroom with en suite bathroom with external and independent access. The motorway exit that connects to Florence and Rome is about 15 minutes away by car, while about 20 km away there is the railway station with quick connections to the main cities.
