On the left there is a room currently used as a warehouse, on the opposite side there is a windowed eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with shower also with window. Of ancient foundation, the apartment is in good condition, but needs small works in terms of finishes. In 20 minutes you can reach the motorway toll booths that connect the area along the A1 route as well as the railway stations that offer quick connections to the cities of Rome, Florence, Siena and Perugia.
