The land consists of about 21 ha of vineyards, about 6.7 ha of olive groves and about 1 ha of woodland. With the exception of the wooded part, the farm is made up of appurtenances of land parcels forming a single body. The vineyards from the results provided by ARTEA turn out to be about 18 hectares, all registered in the DOCG of Nobile di Montepulciano wine. Olive groves cover the hilliest part of the farm, the forest is 500 linear meters from the borders. The farm is located about 2.5 km from the historic center of Montepulciano of which it enjoys a spectacular view. It is served by two roads, one urban, the other country with direct access to the provincial road. The property includes a main villa of about 1000 square meters built in the early seventies so it needs to be restored. An ancient farm was renovated at the end of the nineties, currently used as a farmhouse for the residential part, the lower part for the storage of agricultural machinery. At the center of the farm there is a farm of about 300 square meters with a new roof. Another old farmhouse is in a state of neglect so it needs to be completely restored.There is also an agricultural shed of 120 square meters.
