On the edge of the charming hilltop village, Montegrosso d'Asti, overlooking the rolling vineyards of the Unesco protected landscape, we find this detached house with its lovely west facing plot of 1.890 sqm, today there are hazelnuts and several fruit trees on the plot (figs, pomegranate, apricot, cherry, apple, pear, plums). The provincial capital of Asti and the lively market town of Nizza Monferrato are not far away, while Milano can be reached in an hour and a half, Torino in an hour and the Alps are only a couple of hours away. It is also possible to travel to these places by train as Montegrosso has its own railway station.
