Located in private location amongst the green hills of the beautiful countryside of Montecosaro, and with a sea view, Casale delle Aquile is reached though a tree-lined avenue, of cypresses and olive trees. The property consists of a beautiful farmhouse, finely restored and with a lovely annexe, surrounded by a well-kept park. You could say that Casale delle Aquile is almost non visible from the outside, but once reached, the scenario that welcomes one is nothing short of wonderful: plenty of space, nice sloping terrain and a feeling of tranquility and privacy.

 
 The restoration was completed in 2005 , following all up to date earthquake standards, and with materials chosen with a fine attention to detail, so as to preserve the warm and friendly atmosphere of this country house. The floors and ceilings of the farmhouse and the annexe are covered in cotto, with wooden exposed beams.

The property, of about 160 square meters, is on two floors. The ground floor has a large living room overlooking the pergola with a large fireplace, a bright kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A small staircase leads to the upper floor which has two large bedrooms, a large bathroom with jacuzzi and a study, which if necessary can be transformed into another bedroom.  The beautiful manicured park is fenced and of 1.3 hectares home to tall trees: cypresses, oaks, a forest of acacia trees, maple trees, 30 olive trees and many fruit trees. It has two wells, is irrigated and has a lighting system which at dusk makes for a most picturesque scene.
