The ideal location of Piè di Costa - as well as giving its guests really suggestive panoramic views of from the top of Valdelsa - allows you to reach in less than one hour drive the most famous cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa, Siena and Lucca, and in about 30 minutes you can visit San Gimignano and Volterra.
Piè di Costa is divided in just 5 charming apartments suitable for families and couples, carefully finished in every detail and furnished following the Tuscan tradition, but with an eye to the comfort and needs of our guests.
Surrounded by a 10.000 square meters garden, holiday home Piè di Costa offers to its guests a variety of services: large swimming pool of 13 x 6.5 meters, wi-fi, playground, barbecue area, combining modern comforts with a relaxing vacation close to nature.

Piè di Costa is a former farmhouse, restructured in 1999 and divided in just 5 apartments for a total of 16 beds combining elegance and simplicity of nature that surrounds it, to meet the expectations of all its guests.
Renovated in the style and tradition of old times' Tuscany, from tiled floors to the ceilings with exposed beams, wrought iron beds, furniture in "arte povera" style, the apartments come with a lot of services suitable for every kind of need.
Apartments Mimosa and Girasole are ideal for families with children; the Iris apartment is suitable for couples of friends (as it has 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet), while the apartments Ginestra and Gelsomino are the best for those who want a romantic getaway.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (a large number of dishes, fridge, freezer, electric oven) and fully functional, allowing you to prepare your own meals, perhaps giving a try to the typical Tuscan dishes. The larger apartments (Iris, Mimosa and Girasole) also have a dishwasher.
Each apartment has its own private patio or terrace where you can enjoy relaxing and romantic dinners, giving you the feeling of a holiday full of familiarity, privacy and tranquility.

The name of this characteristic Tuscan farmhouse, given to it from the time of it's construction, at the beginning of the 20th century means "one step from the side of the hill of Montaione".
The same name has been passed on for a century right up to the present day and is above all quite unique.
Built as a Tuscan farmhouse, Piè di Costa was part of a much larger estate belonging to the Fattoria Accursio based in Impruneta which is a small town just outside Florence.
The occupation of the families that lived in the house in the past was dedicated mainly to agriculture and raising livestock.
The Tuscan farmhouse was bought by the Bracci family in 1978, restored respecting the previous traditions of the farmer and its agricultural purpose, and was used as a country home, actively producing olive oil and Chianti Doc wine.
Restored in May 1999 and divided into five self catering apartments, is still surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, from which we produce high quality wines that you can taste during your vacation.
