This beautiful property is located surrounded by nature in the vast hilly area of southern Piedmont. The building, which was born from a recovery of a medieval farmhouse, is completely built in Langa stone. The property includes three buildings and about 13, 720 sqm of land. The first building, about 360 m, was a B&B and is currently used as a holiday home and can accommodate up to 14 people. The building is spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, pantries, a dressing room and a bathroom with dressing room. On the second floor we find: an entrance hall with fireplace, a veranda with windows used as a dining room, 2 bedrooms with bathroom, and a toilet with dressing room and a small closet. On the third floor are 4 bedrooms with respective bathroom with shower, a small storage room. The floors are made of fine and oiled wood. The number of bedrooms is 6, each with its own bathroom. The second building, of about 180 m, is spread over two floors, with large windows on both sides, overlooking both the valley and the hill. The ground floor consists of a large kitchen, bedroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. Between the kitchen and the bedroom there is a large entrance hall where an elegant and modern staircase in wood and iron leads to the upper floor where there is the large living room with fireplace from which it enjoys an enchanting view. The third building (approx. 170 m) can be used as an annex or possible home for the caretaker, and consists of a small apartment on the upper floor with bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen and an office. On the ground floor there are some rooms, still to be restored, which could be used as a laundry, cellar and storage room and if desired there is still space for a sauna. A swimming pool has also been built adjacent to the buildings.
