Beautiful complex of trulli and lamia dating back to 1800, immersed in the lush countryside of the Itria Valley, in the territory of Martina Franca in the Capitolo district. On the terrace, at the entrance to the ground floor, a cone has been created with a room inside used as a storage room and in which a small but very suggestive bedroom can be obtained, also on the terrace a few meters from the trullo a more recent tuff lamia has been built that can be demolished and rebuilt on the ground floor in adherence to the main structure; The main structure is completed by two large terraces with breathtaking views of the valley. Detached from the main block but still overlooking the large square we find a stone building divided into two rooms and an ancient oven.

The structure is particularly airy, with large rooms and tall, bright cones, it can be used either as an accommodation facility (with the possibility of accessing funding from the Puglia Region for new accommodation activities) or as an important and luxurious private residence. Outside, the large square, fenced with a suggestive dry stone wall, offers an important outdoor space where it would be possible to build the swimming pool and several living areas.
