The history of this charming property dates back to the year 593 AD. At the time of the Byzantines. Around the year 1000 it became a Benedictine monastery and in 1474 it was sold to noble families of Perugia who transformed the property into a summer residence. 
The historic residence consists of 27 residential units, divided into 11 apartments and 16 suites, all finely restored.
