At an altitude of 600 meters above sea level in the High Langhe hills, a single agricultural plot of land measuring 10 hectares (close to 25 acres) with a sizable stone ruin on the grounds.The land consists almost entirely of meadows, pasture and arable land and is thus suitable for a whole range of different cultivations.
