Halfway between Perugia and Lake Trasimeno on top of a hill, we find this beautiful 16th century farmhouse where the owners have created their paradise. Surrounded by greenery with a 360 panoramic view of the surrounding hills, close to all services and the village of Mantignana. The farmhouse has recently been renovated with earthquake-proof criteria, a wise reconstruction of Umbrian building types. Consequently, Tuscany and in particular Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, Arezzo and Florence can be reached in a very short time. The area is close to all services with supermarkets, post offices, banks, restaurants, bars and shops. You can easily reach the main airports: Perugia (Sant'Egidio) in 25 minutes, Rome (Fiumicino/Ciampino) in 2 hours, Florence in 100 minutes.
